Amenity Card Registration

The Highland Meadows II (HM2) CDD is under new management, and we are working to improve the application process.  As we work through our procedures, please note that you will continue to submit your registration form as before, but payments will (temporarily) be made via check, as we explore other payment options. 

Once you submit your registration form, please send your check for either $10 (for an additional card - currently we are processing up to two (2) cards per address*) or $30 for a replacement card to 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary, Florida 32746.  Checks should be made out to "Highland Meadows II CDD" and show your address.  Please note in the MEMO line of the check whether this is for a replacement card or an additional card. 

Once checks are received and residency is confirmed, approved cards will be mailed to the address provided.

Thank you.  Again, this is a transitional procedure as we work toward a more permanent process.

*At this time, we will assign up to two cards per address, pending Board direction.
