Towing Update - No Overnight Parking in Phase 3
Updated October 25, 2024
Dear Highland Meadows II CDD Residents,
In response to residents’ feedback, the CDD Board voted on January 18, 2024, to prohibit overnight parking throughout Phase 3, with a second public hearing taking place to address overnight parking in Phase 3 on May 14, 2024. Overnight parking is defined and enforced as parking between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
The restriction on overnight parking shall begin to be enforced throughout Phase 3 starting on Friday, November 15, 2024.
As a courtesy to our fellow residents, the towing company shall give warning stickers only from Friday, November 15, 2024, until Friday, November 22, 2024. Thereafter, all vehicles found to have violated the no overnight parking restriction will be towed at the owner’s expense. However, in order to enable residents to have guests visit during the holidays, there will be no enforcement the day before, the day of, and the day after Thanksgiving (11/27, 11/28, 11/29), Christmas (12/24, 12/25, 12/26), and New Year’s Day (12/31, 1/1, 1/2).
Your cooperation with this restriction on overnight parking is greatly appreciated and needed, so that all residents and first responders can have access to and from Phase 3.
Please email Highland Meadows II CDD at [email protected] wtih any questions.
Please let us know if you have any issues or questions.
Thank you,
Your CDD Management Team
