CDD & HOA

Please note that this is the contacts page for the Community Development District, or CDD.  Within the CDD are several Homowners' Associations, or HOAs. The HOAs govern personal property, and the CDD's oversee the common, or community, areas, such as the pool, the streets, the playground, the dog park, the soccer field, and the dry stormwater retention areas among others.
